Fortune Names Jackson Healthcare to 2023 Best Workplaces for Women List

Associate Feedback Earns Great Place to Work Certified Organization a Spot on Nationally Recognized List of Top Employers

Jackson Healthcare®, a family of highly specialized healthcare staffing, search and technology companies, today announced that it has been named to the newly published Fortune® 2023 Best Workplaces for Women list. This marks the fourth time the organization has been recognized on the prestigious list.

“We take immense pride in our unique workplace culture, where women play an integral and influential role across every facet of our organization,” shared Shane Jackson, president, Jackson Healthcare. “Our commitment extends beyond gender, encompassing each of the more than 2,600 associates within our company. This recognition reaffirms our dedication to fostering equitable environments where all our associates can flourish. It’s a great honor to again be recognized by Fortune and Great Place To Work® for our efforts.”

“Fortune congratulates the companies that made the cut for the Best Workplaces for Women,” said Fortune Editor-in-Chief Alyson Shontell. “Based on the survey responses of so many women nationwide, these companies clearly demonstrate they have created workplaces where women are consistently valued, supported and encouraged to do their best work.”

To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work measures the differences in women’s survey responses compared to their peers. Driven by its proprietary For All® methodology, the research and consulting firm assesses the impact of demographics and job roles on the quality and consistency of women’s experiences at work. In addition, Great Place To Work analyzes the gender balance of each workplace, comparing it to industry standards and tracking the progression of women from entry-level positions to executive roles.

Jackson Healthcare has been Great Place to Work Certified for seven consecutive years. In addition to being selected as a “Best Workplace for Women,” Great Place To Work and Fortune named the organization to its “Best Workplaces in Health Care” list for the sixth consecutive year last month.
