Veteran Channel Chief with Proven Success in Growing Global Partner Ecosystems Joins Securonix to Help Channel Partners Thrive in an Evolving Competitive Landscape
Securonix, Inc., a leader in Unified Defense SIEM, today announced the appointment of Mark Stevens as Vice President of Strategic Alliances. Stevens brings more than two decades of experience cultivating OEM relationships and developing joint go-to-market programs for leading global technology companies, and in this role, he will oversee an award-winning partner program that complements the needs of Securonix customers at all stages of their security evolution.
“Mark has a proven track record of establishing revenue-accelerating strategic programs, which will help foster Securonix’s transformative growth through partnerships and alliances,” said Nayaki Nayyar, Chief Executive Officer, Securonix. “Our partner program is critical to our success. Throughout his career, Mark has leveraged his technical knowledge and team-building skills to deliver incremental value for partners and customers. His ability to create and manage impactful channel programs will drive dynamic growth across the partner ecosystem and propel our partners to succeed in an ever-shifting cybersecurity landscape.”
Stevens most recently served as the Global Senior Vice President, Strategic Alliances and OEM at Ivanti. During his tenure, Stevens led the worldwide expansion of Ivanti’s channel partner and OEM licensing programs, brought exponential growth to the company’s channel ecosystem, and was responsible for developing and implementing its strategic alliance program. Prior to joining Ivanti, Stevens helped build Lumension Security's OEM partner program, forging partnerships with manufacturers, technology integration partners, Managed Service Providers and Value-Added Resellers. As Director of Business Development, he was charged with incorporating Lumension Security products into solutions from HP, Dell, Sophos, Symantec and other leading security technology organizations. In addition to serving as Vice President of Sales at Lynx Technology Partners, Stevens was also Director of Business Development at Heat Software.
"I am passionate about working with world-class cybersecurity partners and delivering long-term, sustainable value for enterprise organizations,” Mark Stevens said. “I look forward to bringing that passion to Securonix and helping drive success and innovation within the industry. I am eager to work with the team on developing new concepts, products, and distribution channels, and it is my mission to help the companies we work with rapidly scale and dominate their respective markets.”
Stevens joins an award-winning channel program. Recently, Theresa Martin, Securonix’s Channel Sales Director, was named to CRN’s Women of the Channel list for 2023. Earlier this year, Securonix secured a place on the CRN 2023 Cloud 100 list and the CRN 2023 Security 100 list. The double placement is a remarkable rarity, highlighting the strength of the industry’s first Unified Defense SIEM and the quality of service Securonix brings to the channel.
