Industry veteran brings extensive experience in third-party governance, risk management, and operational innovation

Glover as EVP of Operations, effective October 28, 2024. Glover brings over two decades of experience in financial services and insurance, with expertise in global third-party governance, risk management, and operational transformation. He joins Oceanview from the Bank of New York (BNY), where he led a team responsible for onboarding, contract negotiations, and risk assessments for third parties with an annual spend of $5 billion. Prior to BNY, he held leadership positions at AIG's Life and Retirement Division, American Express, and New York Life, where he consistently drove operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
