La Crosse Milling Company, America’s premier oat miller, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Like as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Like has deep roots in the milling industry, having served in a variety of senior leadership positions at ADM, including President of ADM Milling Company, during his 34-year tenure at the company. Throughout his career, he has consistently built high-performing teams and implemented strategic initiatives that have driven significant growth and profitability.

Mr. Like joins La Crosse Milling from LikeWise LLC, where, as CEO, he provided consulting services across the agribusiness sector. Prior to founding Likewise, he held a variety of senior leadership positions at ADM, including President of ADM Milling Company, where he oversaw all aspects of their grain milling business in North America, and its Vice President of Strategic Accounts, where he connected ADM’s sales teams with food customers globally.

Mr. Like holds a Master of Business Administration from Millikin University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Agricultural Business/Agribusiness Operations and Economics from South Dakota State University. In the past Mr. Like has served as an Executive Director of the North American Millers Association and is a past Chairman of the Canadian National Millers Association.
