Tiger Nuts USA was the original importer of Tiger Nuts into America about 9 years ago, introducing their brand new healthy snacking alternative into the market. From a standing start, where no one had heard of a tiger nut before, (by the way they are not nuts at all, they are small tubers that grow in the ground), Tiger Nuts USA have significantly increased awareness of the expanding variety of Tiger Nuts products they now offer. The company was founded by Jack Sims and Jim McNulty who. As children, enjoyed these tasty morsels when they lived in Europe. They were partners in David Baker Associates in the UK, (ranked consistently over 19 years as one of the Top 5 Graphic and Marketing Agencies). Jack then founded his own Marketing agency, Sims Freeman O’Brien, in the US which became the largest and #1 ranked in America under his watch. Meanwhile, Jim won and held the Disney license for a range of confectionery products for the whole of Europe for a further 16 years. With their longstanding friendship and combined experience, they got back together as business partners to found this exciting Tiger Nuts business and spread the Tiger Nuts word across America.
