Today, Inc. Magazine revealed that CAPE Analytics is among the top 20% of companies on the Inc. 5000 list of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in America, one of the most prestigious rankings for private companies in the country. The list represents a one-of-a-kind look at the most successful companies within the economy's most dynamic segment—its independent businesses. Facebook, Chobani, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
The company reported a 636% revenue growth since 2018, exceeding the growth of featured insurance and real estate-focused companies by 2.79x and 2.65x, respectively.
“We're thrilled to have been named to the Inc. 5000 list,” said Ryan Kottenstette, CAPE Analytics CEO and co-founder. “This recognition is a testament to the incredible team that's made CAPE the leader in AI-powered property intelligence. I'm thrilled to see how far we've come as a company, and extremely confident in our continued growth and ability to serve the insurance and real estate markets with valuable property insights and solutions.”
The companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 have not only been successful, but have also demonstrated resilience amid supply chain woes, labor shortages, and the ongoing impact of Covid-19. In the last year alone, CAPE grew its client base to over 70 enterprise customers and launched several new product lines that quantify property-specific risks posed by wildfire hazards and hail, as well as AI-powered real estate intelligence that collects property intelligence focusing on characteristics that influence value and marketability.
“The accomplishment of building one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., in light of recent economic roadblocks, cannot be overstated,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Inc. is thrilled to honor the companies that have established themselves through innovation, hard work, and rising to the challenges of today.”
CAPE Analytics' suite of property intelligence solutions allows insurers and financial institutions to better understand property condition and value, as well as the vulnerability of property and real estate to extreme weather events, such as wildfires, hurricanes, and hailstorms. Currently, CAPE's client base consists of some of the largest insurance carriers and financial institutions in the world and covers over 110 million built structures across the U.S. and Canada.
