Jessica Schubel, special assistant to the President for Health Care at the Domestic Policy Council, Executive Office of the President, White House Domestic Policy Counsel, will deliver the opening keynote address on Tuesday, December 3, at 9:10 a.m. While discussing the future SDoH policy in federal programs, she will cover the latest initiatives, challenges, and opportunities for creating more equitable health outcomes for all; the current federal efforts to integrate SDoH into health care policy; recent policy developments and future directions in federal health programs; and collaborative efforts between federal agencies, state and local governments, and community organizations.

The three-day event will also feature presentations from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, members of Congress, practitioners, health plans, community-based organizations, and other policymakers.
