Eagle Crusher Co. Announces Retirement of VP, Manufacturing and Names Replacement

Eagle Crusher Co., announces the retirement of Jeff Cullen, vice president of Manufacturing, after 28 years with the company. Cullen joined Eagle Crusher in August, 1996 as assembly supervisor, with welding department responsibilities added to his role in 2005. He was promoted to manufacturing manager in 2007 and vice president of manufacturing in 2018.

As VP, manufacturing, Cullen oversaw all aspects of Eagle Crusher’s manufacturing processes including maintenance and facilities, production, shipping and receiving, supply chain, and special products; ensured the quality, cleanliness, safety, and maximum productivity of the manufacturing facility, and managed and mentored all staff reporting directly to him, among other job responsibilities.

Cullen has been an integral part of “Team Eagle,” the support arm of Eagle Crusher Co. that provides outstanding commitment to its customers. Mike Tinkey, president, Eagle Crusher Co., stated, “Jeff has been an invaluable part of Team Eagle the entire time I have been part of this company. He has helped literally build what this company is today.”

Regarding his decades of service to the company, Cullen says, “The thing that I will cherish the most about my many years with Eagle Crusher is the amazing people I have had the pleasure to work with… At Eagle we have worked side by side to build some great pieces of equipment and my role was never any more important than all the others that have helped Eagle be successful.”

Cullen continued, “It is hard to think about leaving such an amazing organization, and it is the great people we have here at Eagle Crusher that makes it just that.” He plans to spend more time with his grandchildren, as well as in the outdoors, upon retiring.

Dave Swihart, currently vice president of supply chain and continuous improvement for Eagle Crusher Co., will assume manufacturing department responsibilities from Cullen and will be promoted to vice president of operations. Swihart began his career at Eagle in 2018 as director of purchasing and materials control.

As VP, operations, Swihart will continue with his current responsibilities, overseeing the supply chain and warehouse departments, safety, and continuous improvement, while incorporating the manufacturing department responsibilities into his new role.

Eagle Crusher has been an industry leader for more than 100 years in the manufacture of high-quality crushing and screening equipment. View full product line.
