Arctera, a global leader in data management, today finalized its separation from Veritas Technologies to create a new independent company formed around its Data Compliance, InfoScale and BackupExec businesses. The new company will help organizations thrive by delivering market-leading solutions that enable them to trust, access and illuminate their critical data.
