The property, located at 3525 Sam Houston Parkway East in Houston, TX, was built in 2006, is three stories and has 240 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The value of the contract is $12,642,300. The lender for the project is KeyBank.

The owner of the property is DevCo Residential Group, an integrated development and investment company headquartered in Washington, focused on multi-family communities. Founded in 1994, the company and its affiliates develop, own, and manage over 10,000 affordable and market rate apartments throughout the United States.

Interior renovations will include paint, flooring, door hardware, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, HVAC updates and ADA unit upgrades including cabinet and countertop replacements. Exterior renovations will include accessible walkways, parking area restriping, exterior lighting, pool updates, property signage and replacing roofs on all buildings.
