“#TeachersServeToo” Publishes: Evan Erdberg’s New Book Analyzes Nationwide Teacher Shortage, Advocates for Teacher Respect

Print and digital copies of Proximity Learning Inc. president’s first book are now available on Amazon, IndiePubs

Today marks the release of “#TeachersServeToo,” a critical analysis of the growing nationwide teacher shortage and the importance of providing structure and support to educators, authored by Proximity Learning Inc. president and founder Evan Erdberg. Physical copies of “#TeachersServeToo” can be purchased for $19.95 through Amazon and IndiePubs. Digital copies are available for $0.99 through March 14, after which the price will increase to $4.99.

Featuring perspectives from school district superintendents and leaders in public education from across the country, Erdberg explores the root causes of the teacher shortage, discusses the future of education and advances a simple but critically important message: To ensure the vitality of the profession, we must unite to recognize teachers for the heroes they are.

“I’ve shared the ideas behind ‘#TeachersServeToo’ with hundreds of teachers over the past few years. While I’ve been grateful to hear their positive words about the book, I’m reminded again and again about the persistent challenges educators face every day—both inside and outside of the classroom,” Erdberg said. “My goal is to inspire every reader to double their commitment to celebrating and demanding respect for the teachers in their lives. Together, we can foster an ecosystem of support that rewards the selfless commitment and sacrifices our teachers make for our children and their futures.”

Erdberg will be joined by book contributors Dr. Anna Stubblefield, superintendent of Kansas City, Kansas Public Schools, and Dr. Victoria Hansen Stockton, superintendent of Illinois’ Bellwood School District 88, for a webinar exploring themes from the book at 1 p.m. CT on March 18.
