With cookie deprecation forcing marketers across industries to rethink their targeting strategies, first-party data solutions based on high-quality, permissioned, and authenticated audiences are in high demand. In the newly established position of CPO, Franco will define, refine, and implement PCH Media’s product strategy, leveraging our robust first-party database to help marketers connect with real and relevant people—moving beyond third-party cookies. Franco will report to Chief Revenue Officer, Tim Braz, and will be based in New York, NY.

Franco is a dynamic leader who has held various positions in product development within the advertising industry over the course of his career. His work at both small startups and large agencies has given him a wide range of experiences across products and clients. Prior to joining PCH Media as CPO, Franco served as the SVP of Product and Marketing at Smart City advertising and data company, Firefly. He’s also held leadership positions at Xaxis (GroupM), Undertone, Spark Flow, Ghostery, and more. Franco is also currently an advisor for both Lanzallamas and Multiply Group.
