Now, soccer fans across the globe can seamlessly connect with notable European clubs like Bundesliga’s Borussia Dortmund, English Premier League’s Burnley FC, LaLiga’s Villarreal CF, in addition to teams from notable sports figures like Pat McAfee (The CONCAFA SC), Sergio Agüero (Agüero Team), and Luis Nani (Nani FC). This year also marks the first women’s bracket, headlined by Heather O’Reilly’s US Women’s Team. Basketball fans can also tune in to watch more than 70-plus players with NBA experience compete in TBT’s eight regionals across the country.

The Basketball Tournament (TBT), the $1 million winner-take-all summer event, was launched in 2014 and has since hosted nearly 600 basketball games, introduced a new way to end basketball games, paid out over $13 million in prizes, and crowned ten champions.

The Soccer Tournament (TST) will begin its second year in June and will showcase 48 men’s teams from around the world competing in a 7-v-7, World Cup style format consisting of single elimination knockout rounds, all competing for a $1 million prize. In addition, this year’s event will introduce an inaugural women’s bracket that will feature eight teams, also competing for a $1 million prize.

The Soccer Tournament will kick off June 5th. Fans will be able to watch all 48 men’s teams and eight women’s soccer teams compete for the $1M grand prize. The Soccer Tournament will be live from Cary, North Carolina, and together The Tournament and Kiswe have developed a model that ensures game accessibility for all fans worldwide. The Basketball Tournament returns July 19 and will run through August 4.

"We love that we are able to connect directly to fans and gain a deeper understanding of our audience in order to provide the best possible experiences,” said Jon Mugar, founder and CEO of The Tournament. “Partnering with Kiswe allows us to reach and engage an even broader audience of basketball and soccer fans wherever they are, across any device.”

This partnership marks Kiswe's third basketball partnership, following its successful D2C collaborations in the NBA and WNBA with teams such as the Phoenix Suns, Utah Jazz, and Phoenix Mercury.

“We are thrilled to partner with The Tournament to help them connect with fans on a global scale and uncover new revenue streams,” said Christine Pantoya, Chief Revenue Officer of Kiswe. “Kiswe's reliable and scalable technology has been proven in other sports leagues. We’re excited to help The Basketball and Soccer Tournament continue to evolve and grow.”
