Westmore Road Associates, an affiliate of Kenwood Management, owner of 1008 Westmore Ave in Rockville, MD, announced that it has executed a 10-year with SoFive Soccer for the entire building.
Sofive Soccer Centers is a leading provider of state-of-the-art soccer facilities. It offers indoor and outdoor fields, leagues, tournaments, and soccer programs for players of all ages and skill levels. With 13 locations nationwide, Sofive has revolutionized the soccer experience while fostering a vibrant soccer community.
Sofive is backed notably by the City Football Group, the world’s leading private owner and operator of soccer clubs. These include Premier League Champions Manchester City in the UK and the MLS franchise New York City FC in the US. City Football Group maintains total or partial ownership of 13 clubs in major cities worldwide.

Westmore Road Associates acquired the property in 2009. It was previously an indoor tennis facility, which made the column spacing ideal for indoor recreation. Today, Sofive operates and maintains eight indoor fields designed for 5-on-5 teams at Westmore to support local athletes.
