A Thai Street Dog Transformation Unlike Any Other - That Will Touch The Deepest Part Of Heart And Soul
Author Michael Schwartz Unveils Heartwarming True Story of a Thai Street Dog’s Journey to Love and Safety

Renowned travel photographer, former NASA astronomer, and dedicated animal advocate Michael Schwartz is here to present his latest book, “DangNoi, Thai Street Dog Adventurer: A Dog and His Man.”

Based on his real-life chronicles, the book tells the remarkable story of a small, scarred street dog named DangNoi, whom Michael rescued from the harsh streets of Thailand and gave a new lease on life.

Michael Schwartz, whose multifaceted career includes working as an archaeologist and master archer, draws on his diverse experiences to bring DangNoi’s story to life. The book offers readers an intimate glimpse into the unique bond that developed between a man and a street dog, emphasizing the importance of patience, kindness, and the impact that a single act of compassion can have on an animal’s life.

Schwartz’s journey with DangNoi takes readers from the bustling streets of Ayutthaya, Thailand, to the vast open landscapes of Arizona and the snowy fields of Vermont, illustrating the highs and lows of transitioning a traumatized stray dog into a loving home.

In DangNoi, Thai Street Dog Adventurer, Schwartz recounts the small yet significant moments that defined his relationship with DangNoi. From DangNoi's tentative first steps toward Michael Schwartz in a Thai courtyard to their road trips across the United States, each page of this book is interwoven with reflections and emotions on animal behavior that provide us with a glimpse into DangNoi's adaptive nature, as well as the role of organizations like the Soi Dog Foundation, https://www.soidog.org/, in rescuing and rehabilitating homeless dogs.

In light of this, this book not only serves as a tribute to DangNoi’s incredible resilience but also aims to raise awareness about the plight of street dogs in Thailand. Schwartz hopes his story will inspire others to see the beauty and potential in every stray animal and consider the joy and fulfillment that come from adopting or rescuing a pet in need.

DangNoi, Thai Street Dog Adventurer is available for purchase at major online retailers and bookstores, including Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DHWS96YF

A portion of the proceeds will go to the Soi Dog Foundation to support their ongoing efforts in animal rescue and welfare.
