times compared to the prior year’s period. This increase came through revenue
produced by its subsidiary, Innovative Outcomes. Ubiquitech Software Corp.
announced its merger with healthcare company Innovative Outcomes on March 6,
2024, providing the opportunity to enter the medical wound care space. All
other entities have been dissolved as the company now exclusively focuses on
this important component of healthcare.
