The refreshed program will offer a new mix of benefits optimized to maximize customer appeal and reach and will introduce a new Gold Tier.

Shoe Perks’ enhanced benefits include easy, no-receipt returns, an innovative “Spin ‘n Win Wheel” feature, as well as exclusive member sales and discounts. Members who reach the new Gold Tier by earning 200 points in a year will also enjoy free standard shipping of online purchases, additional birthday bonus points and other promotions exclusive to Gold members.

Basics of the free loyalty program will not change. Customers can still choose from three simple, paperless enrollment options and receive 50 bonus points just for signing up. Regardless of how they choose to shop, members will still earn 1 point for every $1 spent and receive a $10 reward certificate for every 200 points earned. In addition, all members can use the convenient, free mobile app, which includes current points status and reward certificate redemption.
