He has served as a tenured faculty member at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and is currently the director of female pelvic medicine and reconstructive urology at Memorial Hospital Miramar.
He is passionate about spreading his work internationally and helping those all around the world, and as such lectures throughout the United States, Brazil, Puerto Rico, and France. He speaks English, Spanish, and Creole, and is the co-founder and president of the Haitian American Leadership Organization (HALO) which funds annual scholarships to students of Haitian descent.
