Good Samaritan rescues fisherman off Oregon coast as flames engulf boat, Coast Guard says

A Good Samaritan saved a fisherman whose commercial vessel erupted in flames Saturday morning off the coast of Manzanita Beach in Oregon, the U.S. Coast Guard said.
