FHFA House Price Index: Up Just 0.1% In June

U.S. house prices rose 17.7 percent from the second quarter of 2021 to the second quarter of 2022 according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency House Price Index. FHFA’s seasonally adjusted monthly index for June was up 0.1 percent from May.
