Railroad operators CSX Corp. and Norfolk Southern Corp. were hit a downgrade from Susquehanna on Wednesday, with analysts citing bigger profit risk to rails operating in the eastern U.S., lingering potential for a work stoppage and a broader weakening of the economy.
