What to Expect from Creative Biolabs Next?

Last week, Creative Biolabs ended its wonderful journey in Boston as an exhibitor at the 10th Immuno-Oncology Summit.

New York, United States - October 20, 2022 /MarketersMEDIA/

Kicking off the fourth season of 2022 was the inauguration of the 10th Immuno-Oncology Summit, one of the most inspiring networking affairs for international scientists working on disease studies and immunotherapy discovery to share the latest findings and build partnerships. Creative Biolabs, a CRO supporting new drug discovery and having a special emphasis on the immuno-oncology subject, participated as an exhibitor for the 10th IO Summit.

"We admired the huge accomplishments achieved so far in the era where immunotherapy is playing a dominant role," according to a delegate, "and we're determined to use what we mastered to help expedite the process."

Creative Biolabs has unique proficiencies in antibody discovery and has established a one-stop pipeline to handle customers' projects in a systematic manner.

"The Native™ antibody discovery platform was exclusively developed to address limitations such as in vitro antibody displays can not provide antibodies with naturally paired heavy chains and light chains and the inability to develop antibodies with moderate affinity to targets."

With the Native™ platform, scientists at Creative Biolabs can retrieve native antibodies with outstanding in vivo affinity and specificity by isolating single antigen-specific plasma cells. Additionally, this platform allows for large-scale screening of antibody candidates simultaneously, which cuts down the selection process to 2-3 weeks of turnaround after immunization.

"Another tactic we use for antibody discovery is phage display," added the delegate, "which is the most classic but powerful strategy based on displaying proteins of interest, like peptides, antibodies, or scaffolds, on the surface of the phage. Subsequently, the phage will be used to interrogate the constructed libraries containing an enormous number of displayed phages. This method, in other words, is a kind of exogenous gene expression."

Creative Biolabs has customized the most powerful M13, T4, and T7 systems to meet diverse project requirements. It's worth mentioning that its scientists can even generate libraries with diversity as high as ten to the eighth power.

"The 10th IO summit provides us a great platform to show what we're really good at," said the delegate, "and we'll show up at the Antibody Engineering and Therapeutics US 2022 in December, where you can learn more about our capabilities in antibodies."
