North Kansas City favorite Smokin' Guns BBQ will close after almost 20 years in business

The restaurant appeared on Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" in 2010 in an episode focused on Kansas City barbecue. A few years later in 2013, it moved to its current location, which tripled its occupancy.
