Manitou Fund plans to buy Stillwater's Zephyr Theatre building

The Zephyr Theatre in Stillwater on Wednesday announced a deal to sell its home in a former Stillwater train depot to the Manitou Fund, a foundation based in White Bear Lake. The move will let the theater group resume productions.
